This infographic identifies various kinds of pearl types and provides information about what distinguishes them. Consistent photography throughout the infographic provides a unified visual approach, and the differentiated headline treatment allows the reader to understand the various pearl types quickly. While each pearl photo uses a cohesive theme—jewelry—it also prevents the novice reader from being able to visually identify the pearls' differences. The copy itself does provide important information, though there are some missing words and inconsistencies in certain treatments. Also, while the subheads are effective in communicating main goals quickly, the explanatory text is a bit too long for best practices. Overall, there's a lot of information here with a solid foundation, but it needs a bit of finesse as an infographic. We'd give this an F.
