Up to 80% of Americans drink two or more cups of coffee a day.
Surprisingly coffee also has many health benefits. This is why you may notice that caffeine, a component of coffee is common part of health supplements.
In studies, it has been found that drinking coffee can reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by up to 67%. Those who drink coffee also have a lower chance of developing dementia. By drinking 4 to 5 cups of coffee, all-cause risk of death reduces up to 16%.
Those are just three health benefits. Authority Diet produced the above infographic which lists nine health benefits of drinking coffee.

This infographic outlines the many health benefits of a too-often-denigrated drink—coffee. Each of the nine benefits is accompanied by text and an icon or simple illustration. However, the illustration style is very inconsistent throughout, from a photorealistic, three-dimensional cup of coffee at the beginning to flat icons, semi-flat icons, and a three-dimensional heart that is much more detailed than the hard-to-recognize, flat-design liver. There is not a consistent color scheme, either. Finally, the copy contains some errors, including a lack of parallelisms (some headers begin with adjectives while others begin with verbs). Meanwhile, there's an excessive amount of text while none of the data is visualized. Overall, we'd give this an F.
