This infographic serves to help people understand exactly when a bar is at fault for the consequences of overservice. The information is helpful, and the copy, for the most part, is clear and without errors. Some of the information in this infographic is smartly visual; however, there are many sections that utilize text, rather than illustration, to convey meaning. While this would be great for an illustrated article, The Venn diagram section is rather difficult to read, as it's unclear what the intersection of each graphic communicates. Resorting to simple icons in this section could greatly benefit the overall messaging of this piece. When designing an infographic, remember not to align your focus on the text, but the visuals. As the piece currently stands, we'd give it a C.
