This infographic's title points to its clear organization system: each quality is numbered. The color coding for each quality also helps make it clear when one description ends and another begins. The descriptions with more line breaks are easier to parse than the ones in a single-paragraph format — infographic viewers tend to want to skip large chunks of text, and what qualifies as a "large chunk" is getting smaller by the day! Also, some of the icons don't work very hard to convey the meaning of the corresponding essential. The scheduling icon is a good example of one that is pretty successful (a calendar with a checkmark), but some require a bit more work to connect the dots (like the portfolio with a mask on it, or the lines to represent learning quickly) — and overall there isn't very much imagery that alludes to the theme of writing/freelance writing. In all we'd give this a B.
