Final Grade
This design uses a colorful gradient to draw the eye in to its information. Much of the information is derived from the copy, however. Subtle icons by each category would be more helpful if made more prominent, and use of more visuals like the Salary Banding graph would help to visually communicate the messaging. It also ends quite abruptly. I'd give this a D overall.
