Final Grade

This infographic offers a list of the best foods to eat when trying to build muscle. The actual information is incredibly detailed and would be useful to a wide range of people (though it does run long in most sections). The visuals provide a quick cue as to what each section is about, but don't do much more than that. Further visualization of the information contained in the copy would be useful. And while the layout is neatly organized, the mix of design styles and photographs create a messy aesthetic. This is a great start, but as is, we'd give this infographic a D.
