The Infographic explains the 5 measures any merchant should take to avoid chargebacks or refunds from the buyers. The steps are simple and can be implemented even by startup merchants. Once the Merchant implements the 5 steps they will see the chargeback ratio reducing to a great extent.

This infographic submission discusses merchant accounts. In general, this piece is quite wordy, but also needs more explanation of certain things. Ask yourself, does the audience of these need additional context? An intro that explains the service more is typically helpful. On the other hand, there is simply too much copy and not enough visualization throughout. There are several errors on the copy throughout as well. Breaking it down into various topics is a good strategy, but it falls apart quickly after that. While the illustrations help communicate some things, most fall short. Overall, we give this an F.
