The mostly consistent design style paired with the cohesive color palette help to develop the visual story. However, missed opportunities for data visualization bury some key sources. Part of that may be due to the content's structure. The copy relies a bit too heavily on sentences, which places a burden on the reading experience. On the other hand, clear headlines and organization — as well as sources — do support direct movement through the piece. Overall, there's some helpful information here, but it feels just a bit too weighed down to maintain an effortless visual experience. We'd give this a D.
