This infographic details 13 foods that may be beneficial for pregnant women and why. The header image of a pregnant woman helps to set the stage for part of the topic, while the images of foods in each section of the design complete the picture of the overall theme. The descriptions of the benefits of each food are completely text-based, unfortunately; while the designer made a good decision to break up the text with roughly each sentence, a single sentence can be 2-3 lines or more, which looks chunky and is too copy-dense for an infographic. The source list is strong though, which mainly reputable sources. In all we'd give this a C.
