This infographic uses illustrate scenes to show the phases of an OSHA inspection. The visual cues are pretty helpful since it's clear near the beginning that OSHA is the subject. The scenes do a pretty good job of explaining what's happening at a high level, but in some cases could offer more specifics — like on the tour, nothing visually represents employers correcting the problems or inspectors talking with employees. Sometimes these details are best represented with icons so that a scene doesn't get too busy — but without any visual cue for certain details, the viewer can only glean them through text, which can be counter to your visual communication goals. This infographic is extremely text-heavy and would benefit from shorter bullet points to making parsing the information easier. In all we'd give this a C.
