This infographic defines whistleblowers and explains the type of lawsuits they can file to stop government fraud. The design uses imagery of professional people, a government building, a megaphone, money, and smaller icons for specific details. The imagery is relevant to the topic, but in some cases not quite specific enough to reduce the reliance on text — the Qui Tam Suits section is a good example of where more specific imagery could help to explain the concept. In all we'd give this a C; it's making strides toward visual communication but could use more specificity in the visuals, and less text.
