All major discoveries are tightly connected with the software development technologies. The Netherlands outsourcing structure is more or less relative to Ukrainian keeping familiar balance of software development and providing a good example of attracting all possible resources for technology growth.

There are some good examples of visual communication on this design, from the heat maps to the pie and bar charts. A few subtleties could improve it though: a more descriptive title, clearer section breaks, better organization (for example, organizing the key and pie chart by popularity — so Java followed by JavaScript, .NET, PHP, etc.) and more. There is a lot of information to process here so some vetting of the most and least important content could be helpful. An interactive piece might be a great way to show this much information without being so overwhelming. I'd give this a C.
