This design features a consistent color palette and icon style throughout. Typographical hierarchy and layout help establish section breaks. The design is overall attractive and follows effective layout principals. However, to be a true infographic, the design needs to show a greater reliance on imagery. Aside from a handful of icons, the bulk of the design is text. Further, no information about the infographic can be gleaned from the imagery, meaning the text is necessary to understand the subject as well as the content. In all, while a pleasing layout, as an infographic meant to communicate with visuals we'd give this a D.
