Small Business Owner Tax Survey

This infographic talks about small business owner opinions on taxes. From a visual communication standpoint, it's hard to look at the image and know it's about taxes or small business without reading. Additionally, there seem to be a couple of different headers, and no organization within the content — in the bottom section, the percentages jump around instead of being ordered from largest to smallest or vice-versa. This makes the image fairly difficult to use or parse, relying entirely on text, so I'd have to give it an F.
