This infographic presents a set of principles that contribute to an effective organization. The content of this infographic is informative and error-free, but it lacks any clear introductory text that would clarify the purpose of the infographic. The strongest designed elements of this infographic are the spot illustrations, which strike the right balance between repeated elements and unique details that illustrate each individual principle. Unfortunately, the layout places so many of these principles side-by-side that the text is unreadable unless the reader zooms in and then scans side-to-side. Although it might work as a large-scale print poster, this makes for an unwieldy digital reading experience. This issue could be solved by re-orienting the content into a long-scroll format. Overall, strong illustrations are slightly let down by a lack of context and an ill-advised layout. We'll give this a C-.
