Sometimes girls could have cramps, headache and breast pain without knowing what they mean. Most studies reveal more that 75 percent of women will have had body changes while expecting a period.
Common signs that occur days before period are belly pain, pimples (acne), back pain, loss of concentration and breast tenderness.

This infographic presents 7 signs women may experience before their period. The clear list structure is effective to keep the content organized, and the consistent color palette does a nice job of building some visual consistency. However, the varying icon styles might be distracting for the viewer. Consistently using icons for each point is a helpful approach, but there could be room to visualize even more information — especially some of the data. The copy itself is brief and clear, which is great. The many typos, however, lower the infographic's credibility (even though the sources at the end are helpful). Overall, this infographic presents some helpful information, but it could benefit from a bit more cohesiveness. We'd give this an F.
