Paramount Business Jets brought this infographic to us.

It shows the specs for this impressive jet, including how fast it can travel and how much weight it can carry. The result is a visually engaging background with a wealth of relevant stats.

What the design lacks is any organization or information hierarchy. The eye doesn’t know where to look first, and just hops around the layout looking for the next bit of information to grab, forgetting where it’s already been and where it still needs to go. It’s important to include an organization method for your design to keep the viewer from getting frustrated.

In all I’d give this infographic a C. It’s got relevant information but no organization — there’s no beginning or end. It’s pretty much all “middle” information of equal importance. Working on a hierarchy would improve the navigation process for this infographic.
