This design starts out with a clear header and imagery of "battery-powered" vehicles at a charging station. So, from the outset we know both textually and visually that the subject is electric vehicles. We then see 5 icons, which might match up to the 5 benefits; however, it's a bit unclear because they aren't vertically aligned with each of the tips. Next, the info is unfortunately communicated in blocks of text. With the type size quite small, plenty of content to read through, and the columns quite narrow, navigating the text is difficult. The eye wants to see more paragraph breaks at minimum, though much briefer text with bullet points and iconography would be preferred. Since this is where the main content lives, we'd have to give this design a D-.
