The bright colors and consistent use of blue are visually engaging, and the data-driven content helps keep the information quick and easy to digest. The design uses elements of a house and construction to aid in visual communication, which is a great choice. However, at times there is a bit too much detail, which overwhelms the eye, and some visualization choices aren't the most effective ones for the data at hand. The sectioning of the copy aids in the piece's organization. Overall, however, there seems to be a disconnect between the title of the infographic and its content, which could leave a reader confused as to the overall messaging or infographic goals.
