This infographic gives a rundown of tips for brushing your teeth effectively. Each tip is accompanied by an illustration that helps show the tip, so the viewer can get the gist of each one without reading. The points are each a bit lengthy and could benefit from a reduced word count to improve usability. However, the addition of an intro and conclusion would also help to provide a more rounded narrative. As for design, having a vertical line splitting the infographic in half seems to indicate 2 columns, but the way the tips are numbered actually has us reading left to right in rows instead of columns. Make sure any visual cues like these in your design are serving an intuitive purpose. In all we'd give this a C.
