Protein is usually encouraged for bariatric post-ops, especially right after the surgery. Eating protein-rich foods after the surgery is proven to aid repair, build, and maintain muscle tissue and organs. But since post-ops cannot eat heaps of foods (as they used to be) doctors recommend complementing it with protein shakes or supplements to ensure they’re gaining enough protein that their body need.

This design makes good use of hard-working icons to describe the copy; in many cases the viewer can glean the meaning of a stat/bullet point just by looking at the icon. It would be great to see more visual reference to weight loss/bariatric surgery or even beverages early on in the infographic, since the header is just a woman and a heart, making it tough to tell the subject. However, as mentioned some of the icons do pull their weight. This does feel very branded, but that is made clear as the subject of the infographic from the get-go, which can be a good way to go for something so specific as this — usually best suited to a brand's own website. There are portions of the infographic that get a bit text heavy (particularly when the product line is introduced) so be sure to watch for that. In all we'd give this a B-.
