How medical practitioners avoid getting sick? They were so busy taking care of us that they sometimes forgot to take care of themselves. Doctors have to take care of a lot of patients that’s why they also have to make sure their health won’t prevent them from doing their jobs.
Here are the ways on how they keep themselves healthy:
1. Exercise and diet. Doctors form a good habit and make their health a priority by following a good diet and exercise.
2. Get enough sleep. Medical practitioners know the importance getting enough sleep and the benefits they will get from it. Aside from 8 hours of sleep we also need to have quality rest.
3. Don’t forget about your mental health. The way you think will also affect the way you feel that is why you have to take care of your mental health.
4. Take a break. Breathe deeply for five minutes. This will help lower your stress.
5. Avoid burnout. Too much work and no play make you a dull person. Do something you really enjoy like meditation, yoga or exercise.
6. Eat plenty of vegetables. Eating vegetables will give you a lot of vitamins, antioxidants, and protein.
7. Learn how to manage stress. Learn how to relax. This will help you manage stressful moments in life.

The title of this infographic leads into how medical practitioners stay healthy — an interesting topic! Once we move into the content, though, for the most part both the advice and imagery could be applicable to anyone working to be healthy. Only tip 10 refers to a physician. With a title as specific as this infographics', the reader expects more tailored content and imagery to continue the theme. That said, the tips are relatable and applicable. It would be helpful to reduce the copy quite a bit and use more specific imagery to tell the story, though. In all we'd give this a C-.
