This infographic shows the steps and benefits of conducting group job interviews. The color palette and illustration style of this design are fairly consistent, but multiple mini-icons don't fit the style and crowd the layout. The content is structured into 5 basic steps, which are simple enough to understand, but subpoints, callouts, and inserted quotes seem out of place. The story of this infographic might make more sense if the "Why it works" subpoints were organized into their own section. The layout and color choices also make the text difficult to read. Overall, neither the visuals nor the content enhance the message of this infographic. We'll give this an F.
