There are two kinds of fiber, insoluble and soluble.
The difference between insoluble and soluble can be remembered that insoluble fiber cannot be dissolved in water.
You can get insoluble fiber from oats, nuts and the husk of vegetables. Soluble fiber is found in flaxseeds, legumes, and grains.
There are many health benefits to fiber. One of these benefits is that it feeds good bacteria in our guts which consequently can even cause us to lose fat.
Contrary to belief that fiber helps with constipation, the reality is that this is not proven.

This infographic offers a breakdown about the different kinds of fiber as well as fiber's benefits. Each section has at least one visual element, and the sections themselves are distinguished by dotted lines as well as by headlines with a typographic emphasis. Including such visual elements are a great way of increasing visual communication; however, the different illustration styles could prove distracting for a reader. Also, some could be a bit clearer to better align with the content's message. On that note, the copy's subheads do a great job of guiding the reader through the infographic, and the source list helps to build credibility. Color helps identify main points or data throughout the text, which is helpful when there is a large amount of body body. At the same time, additional concision could benefit the text while leaving more room to visualize the data at hand. Overall, there's a lot of information packed into this piece, but it needs some balance to better access the goals of an infographic. We'd give this an F.
