This infographic offers an explanation of the EU privacy law known as the GDPR and then elaborates on who that affects and what to do about it. This longscroll style infographic has quite a bit of text. While thorough and relevant, this could benefit from copy edits and an approach that allows for more visualization rather than exposition. The "does this apply to me" section is a clever implementation of a flow chart. Though there aren't many design elements, they all are consistent throughout, which helps create a seamless user experience. Consider breaking this down into multiple infographics: what is GDPR and GDPR to-do list. A micro-content campaign could be very effective here. Overall, we give this a C.
