This piece—more of a decision tree than an infographic—offers some guidance on SBA loans. The color palette is bright and engaging, and the lines and organization are fairly straightforward. The few moments of icons associated with text are a helpful way of merging the design style with visual communication; however, those moments are so sparse that the reader would need to rely on the text to move through the tree. On that note, the text is concise, which is a great approach for this type of piece. However, a novice user might not be able to navigate the tree, as there is little context for the different stages. Some inconsistencies in capitalization are also present. Overall, this piece could be very helpful for a user familiar with this process, but it could benefit from additional balance to achieve a higher impact and reach a wider audience.
