The header image helps to establish the topic by showing a car on the road surrounded by potential distractions. The pie charts in the first section help show the information, but it would ease viewing to either put them in order from most-to-least or least to most, or to separate them further by category (since the first 3 are categorized by accidents while the final stat is categorized by drivers). The tips are completely text-only, so while the copy is short, the viewer still wants to skip through it to find the next visual — consider icons for each tip instead. In all we'd give this a C-.
