Final Grade

There are some good instances of data visualization here, but weighing down the data visualizations is the presence of a whole lot of text throughout; the viewer wants to skim through and just look at the visuals when that happens. The final data visualization is also pretty confusing; circular charts weren't the best choice for showing this ratio. Perhaps most importantly, none of the visuals here specifically imply that the subject is rent/housing costs. I'd rate this an F for these reasons.
