The most common question I have been asked since I entered the direct mail space 15 years ago is “What are the response rates, what should I expect…”? Since there is no exact answer and there is no precise formula, there are certain statistics and researches that we can rely on to get a decent projection.

Final Grade

There are good efforts at data visualization here, and some valuable information. However, it's important to think about the usability of your information. When you provide labels for some, but not all, of your data, or you compare data from different categories (like the labels in Acquisition Cost per Lead) it's just tricky for the viewer to figure out the right takeaways. I'd give this a C-.
