This design tells users how to navigate Australia's criminal history check system. It would benefit from an introductory paragraph explaining a bit about the application and why it's used. The design uses a flow-chart layout and icons to guide the viewer's eye. The end illustration of the results ending up in the mailbox is a good example of visual communication, but for the most part this design uses text to share all the information. Because of this it's a bit more of a written guide than an infographic. We'd give this a D-.
