This design shows influenza cases in different states in Australia. Using a map helps the viewer to locate and identify each region, but it doesn't quite put things in perspective as far as how many cases per state there are. It's helpful to show this through numbers, but an additional visual using a bar graph or pie chart could, for example, increase the impact of the fact that New South Wales has nearly as many cases as Queensland despite being a much smaller state in geographical size. The image also lacks a title, intro, or conclusion, meaning it needs to stand in the context of something else — maybe a blog post? — to be understood; nothing on the design says it's about influenza. In all we'd give this an F.
