Final Grade

This design intends to show what salary workers want to make based on their roles and locations. It uses simply iconography to represent each role, but a bit more detail and more prominent visuals would be helpful to reduce the prominence of the text. The copy is confusing throughout as well, making it difficult to determine what each stat is showing. The final section shows the same values for "higher salary expectations" as it does for "lower salary expectations" which seems to be an error. In all the design is a bit difficult to understand and the visuals don't add much to the meaning. We'd give this an F.
