The color scheme stays consistent throughout. The layout/map of the prison zooms in on the specific features named in the callouts, which is a good technique for communicating specific information in a larger context. It would be helpful if the bulk of the information was broken up into titled sections to establish a narrative flow. The concluding sentence is a little confusing, suggesting that the content within the infographic should have addressed the topic of rehabilitation. That being said, in all we'd give this a B.
