Cardio along with other benefits, helps you lose weight. Strength training builds muscles which burn fat. Sleep and stress effects your belly fat. As does smoking and drinking alcohol. However, the design is very text-heavy, and it's hard to process most of the information without it. While the imagery provided in each section represents the info as a whole, it appears to be a mix of stock imagery and stock photography — the styles are inconsistent and not very engaging. With so much text and a challenging layout, the viewer isn't particularly motivated to read through everything.
