As a weight loss adviser for over two decades, I have tried all possible weight loss methods available and recommended in the industry. But no matter what the current fitness or diet trend is, I always find myself going back to the most effective weight loss tip that I have ever heard—menu planning!
Planning your menu ahead of time is one of the best ways to make sure that you are able to eat properly and healthily. But of course, for menu planning to work, you need to have a good knowledge of which foods are good for weight loss and that is what this infographic is all about!
Many experts would say that losing weight is half exercise and half diet and I would definitely agree with them. There are some superfoods that can help you lose weight in a variety of ways— suppress your appetite, giving you the energy that you need minus the calories, curbing your unhealthy cravings, boosting your metabolism, and keeping you full for a long period of time.
If you are intent on losing weight, I recommend that you print this infographic and use this as your guide on your next grocery run.

This infographic is styled like a shopping list and categorizes some good foods for losing weight. Each category has a photograph that represents the category in general; since this design has 51 items it's a good choice to summarize the categories instead of visualizing each item, as that could overwhelm the viewer if not executed properly. What this would benefit from is more context — why are these foods the best ones for weight loss? How do they contribute to it? What should you look for in each product (for example, sugary Greek yogurt may not be as effective as other varieties). In all we'd give this a C; it's a helpful shopping guide but could use a bit more info.
