This design features a unified color palette throughout, along with a consistent icon style. It could benefit from a central illustration or image representing payment processing, however, as at a glance a viewer wouldn't be able to tell what the topic of the infographic is (without reading). The large subheads under each icon are helpful for navigating the design, but the center-aligned copy in paragraph form underneath is tough to peruse the way it's laid out. Bullet points could help with this. In all we'd give this a D.
