This infographic offers some basic tips for building muscle. The information would be helpful to somebody new to the topic, and it's organized in a way that's easy to navigate. However, there is some room for improvement here. The illustrations convey the basic topic of each point, but don't do much more. Visualizing some of the numbers mentioned throughout might help. From a design perspective, there are many clashing illustration styles used. The sketch in section number 3 is especially jarring. A unified style would help make this piece more visually appealing. As is, we'd give this infographic an F.
