This infographic explains the advantages of employee wellness programs, from improving productivity and health to boosting creativity. The infographic's illustrations do a good job of communicating the idea of happiness in a workplace setting and among employees without requiring that we read too much text to find that out. However, when it comes to visual communication, the infographic falls short, because not one piece of data in the infographic is visualized in the form of a chart. As far as design, while the illustration is strong, the back-shadow behind some of the images and text creates a sense of depth that clashes with the relatively flat illustration style. There are some small textual errors, and the data could do a better job of setting up parallels (comparing places with employee wellness programs with those that don't, for instance) that better convince the reader of the value of such programs. Overall, we'd give this a C-.
