One interesting piece of info to add to this info graphic, is that usage of the internet on mobiles vs. desk/laptops is very different for instance when it comes to hotels.

We performed a study of 300 hotel mobile websites and it showed that the #1 consumer task that users performed on hotel mobile websites is to get the address, #2 is to call the hotel and #3 to book a room for the same night. It would be interesting to see if this is a digital marketing trend that relates to mobile across multiple industries and if these tasks are pretty much the same across a multitude of usage scenarios, or if it is a behavior that relates only to mobile hotel digital marketing.
