Manufacturing Cybersecurity Threats: Truth or Dare
Manufacturing is the second most commonly targeted industry by attackers and many attacks are successful due to the many vulnerabilities that exist in the manufacturing environment. This infographic submission details "truths" and "dares" of cybersecurity. The concept is certainly clever. By showing a "dare" as a sort of risky belief, the "truth" can then correct that idea. While the concept is strong, the execution falls a bit flat. The consistent layout helps develop a pattern of usability for the user, but this still relies heavily on text to communicate a message. Visually there's very little engagement. This might benefit by including illustrations for each topic. While color coding each topic might also seem like a good idea, there are a lot of colors in one small area. Consider restricting the palette to a few colors, and focus on a cleaner design style. Overall, we give this a C.
