Final Grade

This infographic lists some high-protein foods good for building muscles. The copy does a good job explaining why each food helps build muscles, even going into scientific details, and the photos provide easy visual cues. However, visualizing some of this scientific information would have been valuable. The layout is functional, but the design is a little bland. And while the copy is mostly well written, there are a few odd phrases that serve to distract. Overall, we'd give this infographic a D.
