As a whole, the information presented here identifies some technical and scientific aspects of coffee with minimal errors, and the list of sources supplements that data. However, for an unfamiliar reader, it might be challenging to gain full comprehension from text alone. The accompanying visuals remain a bit too high-level to aid in that understanding, though they do relate (at least peripherally) to the information at hand. The scrolling structure of the infographic does a nice job of presenting one piece of information at a time, keeping the reader on track and engaged. The varying typographic choices, however, distract, especially since they tonally contrast with the infographic's content and purpose. There's the foundation for a helpful infographic here, though it could benefit from some additional focus to emphasize the key info. We'd give this an F.
